Keeping with tradition

Keeping with tradition 800 600 Mark Crone

As the festive season is upon us and we reflect on the last 12 months in business, it’s always amazing how companies do not take the time to personally thank their clients. We all know that the success of a business is thanks to its loyal client base, making sure they are treated as individuals rather than a number on an on invoice.

For me it’s only a small task but going back to tradition and taking some time to handwrite a personal note at Christmas is a vital part of my client relationships.

No matter whether you are a one-man band or a large growing business, your clients will be thankful if you have taken the time to personally wish them well.

Christmas is a time for tradition and to let people know that you care so why wouldn’t you apply the same to your business. Your clients are the reason you are successful, so let them know that you appreciate them and that you wish them all the best for the forthcoming year.
